Using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), our systems and processes in modular construction translate into faster construction time frames to assist in addressing housing & accommodation shortages, housing affordability, accessibility and liveability standards.
OHC constructs and delivers homes either as supply only or on a turn key basis, complete with site connections, driveways and landscaping, all at a fraction of the time of traditional builds. Our homes can be customised to suit NDIS Platinum, Gold, Silver performance levels, Liveability standards, Fit for Purpose or general customisation, depending on your needs.
