The Hinchinbrook is designed for families who want space that feels generous, grounded and thoughtfully planned. Its long, horizontal form draws inspiration from classic Queensland homestead design, creating a strong architectural presence that feels timeless rather than traditional.
At the centre, expansive living and dining areas form a true gathering space, supported by a practical kitchen with walk-in pantry. Bedrooms are distributed along the length of the home, with a private master suite set apart for quiet retreat, and an additional office offering flexibility for work or study.
Full-length verandahs run across the façade, reinforcing the home’s scale and delivering the relaxed, enduring character of true Queensland verandah living.

Key steps in the build process

step 1
Initial Conversations
We talk through your home plan ideas, layout requirements and overall needs. We also review your site remotely to confirm suitability before moving forward.

step 2
Pre-Construction Checks and Approvals
We manage council applications and complete the required site checks. If any additional reports are needed, we will clearly explain what is required and guide you through the process.

step 3
Plans and Selections
You review your draft plans and confirm key design details, colours and finishes. Any adjustments can be made before progressing.

step 4
Contract and Building Approval
Once the design and pricing are finalised, contracts are signed and we lodge your Building Approval.

step 5
Manufacture
Your home enters our build program and construction begins. We provide regular updates so you know how things are tracking.

step 6
Delivery and Installation
Your home is delivered and installed on site. After final quality checks, we hand over the keys and your home is ready to move in.
