The process for building with Oly Homes is easy – simply select a design or come to us with your own and we will provide a quote for the cost to build, including Building Applications and delivery to site. If you’re happy to proceed, we then start the ball rolling by conducting preliminary investigations such as soil tests, engineering and finalising the house design before construction begins at our facility on the Sunshine Coast.
