Project Overview

Oly Homes delivered a five-bedroom modular residence in Aurukun designed to support family and community living. The layout provides generous bedrooms, open-plan living areas and durable finishes suited to Far North Queensland conditions.

Constructed within our controlled factory environment, the home was transported to site in modular sections. Our team managed all logistics, including oversized transport, site access and coordination with local stakeholders.

Remote Location Considerations

Delivering to a remote community required detailed planning and technical expertise:

• Careful route planning and timing to ensure safe transport into Aurukun

• Early coordination of power, water and sewerage connections

• Materials and construction methods selected for heat, humidity and cyclonic conditions
