We chose Oly Homes upon recommendation. Our beachfront site was due to come under new ocean zoning regulations so getting plans into Isaac Council was Time Critical.

Olys’ can do attitude and performance in advancing planning approval was exemplary and saved an extremely more expensive build as required to meet the forthcoming new regs.

Another virtue was that Oly listened to the customer specific needs, which our beachside location required, being (Chassis – Weathermax, Roofing – Ultra Colorbond and various stainless steel fixings.)

We also made a number of changes to the stock plans including a Fly Over Verandah roof.

Obviously we are fully supportive to recommend Oly Homes as a very high quality builder.

I was extremely lucky to have a beautifully built Oly home professionally delivered to my block just north of Bundaberg during these covid times which has pretty much brought the building industry to its knees, the Oly homes team kept me informed and at ease with there advice during the build which i appreciate to this day (thanks guys). I’m showing family, friends and complete strangers proudly through my home on a regular basis as it certainly is an eye catcher in its design. At this point and time I haven’t put heating or air conditioning in as the insulation and positioning of fans and windows has kept the house at a pleasant temperature & a very minimal power bill each month.
